  • Replacement are subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, a similar or equitant product may be provided.
  • Customers are required to return the defective item for inspection, and a replacement is issued.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping to Helios
  • Helios is responsible for replacement shipping
  1. Inspection & Processing Time
  • Returned items will be inspected within 7 business days after receipt
  • Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 15 business days following inspection

  • Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
