- Replacement are subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, a similar or equitant product may be provided.

- Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for shipping to Helios
- Helios is responsible for replacement shipping
- Inspection & Processing Time
- Returned items will be inspected within 7 business days after receipt
- Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 15 business days following inspection
- Limitations of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product
