This April, Helios Technical Services was honored to participate in “Maximizing Profitability in the Surge: Smart Strategies for Sustainable Growth in the Semiconductor Market,” a thought leadership event hosted in Manila, Philippines by our valued partner, Conax Technologies.

Helios President & CEO, Steve Burch, joined an esteemed panel of industry leaders, including the CTO of Vertiv, a respected semiconductor industry consultant, and a Conax Subcommittee Chair. Together, they explored the evolving landscape of semiconductor manufacturing and the strategies driving growth in today’s rapidly expanding market.

Helios’ presentation, “Why the Semi Industry Leverages Aftermarket Companies instead of OEMs for Legacy Equipment,” addressed a growing reality in fabs around the world: manufacturability, uptime, and performance are critical, but OEMs are often focused on new equipment sales – not the long-term performance improvements of legacy systems.
